Upstairs:
This two-story home has the main bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen upstairs laid out in an open loft plan. The main bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The living room has a 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV, and the dining room has a Bluetooth-enabled amplifier ready to sync with your phone to play some relaxing tunes in the open loft space.
Downstairs:
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a small work desk for your late-night inspirations, while the common room is ideal for Zoom conferences. The common room has a Samsung 4k 55" TV/monitor, an Uplift sit/stand desk, a Universal Dock, and an HP Color Laser printer for your work needs. You can relax on the comfortable queen sofa bed between meetings during the day and enjoy a good night's rest atop the foam mattress at night. (An extra foam topper for the sofa bed is in the closet for extra comfort) French doors can be closed for privacy. The common room opens up to a patio sitting area with a bistro set on top of artificial turf for outdoor relaxation after a long day. Also, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. (And by coffee, I mean a good French Pressed brew, see Kitchen below)
Kitchen:
No self-respecting DR site would be complete without a full set of kitchen essentials to prepare a proper meal if you so choose. You will find everything you need to prepare a healthy gourmet meal, including cookbooks. There is even an InstantPot in the pantry if you are really short on time. (But in all seriousness, I'd highly recommend you enjoy all the fantastic restaurants that the area has to offer. Give yourself a well-deserved break. Many great dining establishments are well within a 15 mins drive. Be sure to have your EV fully charged! See the availability of the Tesla charger below!)
A burr grinder, electric kettle, and a quality French Press are ready to ensure high-quality brews throughout the day. (a drip coffee maker and various teas are also available). Other amenities include a toaster oven and blender.
All things Digital/Electric:
High-speed WiFi6 mesh routers and internet (400mb+) for all your digital streaming needs and an EV charger in the garage for your Tesla. The Tesla charger is accessible through the garage, which you can access just inside the front door. (The space is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle, though...but it will fit Teslas)
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, except for a maintenance closet below the stairs—nothing interesting there except for a large stockpile of toilet paper.
Only the near-side garage bay is available for indoor parking/EV charging. Unfortunately, the far-side bay is used to store the garbage/recycling bins and other items. But there are two parking spots available right in front of the garage.
Access to the gated community after dark will require a gate code. (will provide)
Other things to note
IMPORTANT UPDATE (As of 3/8/2023): Building of new units are under way across the street, there may be work starting around 8am in the morning. Most of the exterior work has been completed and they are beginning to finish up the interior work.

Don't forget to take advantage of the FREE Tesla Charging!!!! Make sure you book that EV from Hertz or bring your own. Lots of fun places to explore around DFW from this fantastic central location. AT&T Stadium (Cowboys), American Airlines Center (Mavericks), Perot Museum, Six Flags, and Dallas Zoo/Aquarium, are all about 30 mins away. Leave the house fully charged every day. The property was as exactly as advertised! Cleanliness was outstanding. Gene, the host, was very responsive. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area.
We had a great stay. The townhome is in a gated community close to the highway.
Overall the property was lovely just as the listing shows.
My family stayed here while in town for a football game. It was a great place to stay with close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

This was for a work trip and was one of the nicest places I have ever rented for work. It is exactly as described, incredibly clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable including the beds and linens. The check-in was very easy. The area is under construction, but it was very quiet inside regardless and once the construction for the new neighborhood is complete it will be very quiet. The neighborhood is gated for extra security.
