DETAILS: “Forget Me Not†at 795 Forest Street has all the charm of Seaside, with the added luxury and function of new, high-end construction (completed Spring 2021). This professionally designed and decorated 4-bedroom plus bunkroom with 4.5-bathrooms home can sleep 12 guests comfortably and includes spectacular amenities such as a fourth story lookout tower with panoramic views of 30A and the Gulf. It is also just steps from the famous Seaside Town Square with plenty of shopping and dining and private beach access accessible through the Odessa Pavillion.

The louvered entrance door on the street opens to a covered porch with a Carolina hanging bed as well as a built-in bench with cubbies. The garden includes a cozy gas fire-pit area, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, a dining area as well as a cornhole set.

The elegant kitchen is open to the spacious living and dining areas which are flooded with natural light. It is fully stocked and features 2 Thermador dishwashers, a 48 inch Thermador gas range and a Thermador refrigerator freezer. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people and includes an ice maker and a wine refrigerator. The living area is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. There is a half-bathroom and one primary bedroom on this floor, which has a king bed and private bathroom with a rain shower.

The second floor includes three more bedrooms, including a another primary bedroom suite with a king bed and private bathroom with rain shower. A middle bedroom with another king bed and private bath with a bathtub. The final bedroom on this floor features a queen bed with a bathroom shared with the third floor bunk room. There is a wet bar along with a window seat with a view of mature oak trees. The second floor also features a well-appointed screened-in porch with a Carolina hanging bed, an outdoor sofa and four lounge chairs as well as ceiling fans.

The spiral staircase leads to a third-floor bunk room with 4 beds (2 twins and 2 extra-long twins). The fourth floor features a large desk surrounded by windows and an outdoor lookout tower with unbeatable views of Seaside and the gulf. It is furnished with a comfortable sectional and is the perfect, quiet spot to read a book, take a nap or enjoy sunset cocktails and take in the views and ocean breeze.

    This house was perfect for our big group. We had a wide range of ages so the short walk to the beach and into Seaside was perfect for us. And the open spacious living, dining room and kitchen was great for mornings and evenings. We loved it!

    The house was nicely designed and built. If we had rented it directly, we might have had a fine stay. But instead we rented it from 360Blue, with whom there was a complete breakdown of service. First, the home had hot water in only one of the showers, and water pressure was about 50% what it should be. We were unable to wash dishes the pressure was so low. We called 360Blue every morning we were there to fix it. They acknowledged both issues, but never fixed it. So we had a house of 10 people with 1 working shower for 5 days. The biggest issue came after checking out. We realized about 9:30 that checkout was at 10, not 12. I called to ask for an extension and was rudely told by Emily at 360Blue that I had to be out by 10. So we packed up, changed our plans, and got out of the house. I was then called by Sabrina at 360Blue around 11:45, who accused me of being in the house after 10am. This was flatly untrue. I have receipts to show that we were in the Seaside square, trying to keep our children entertained until our plane took off, after changing up our day to get out of the house earlier than expected. But Sabrina did not care. She said “I’m taking my housekeeper’s word over yours, hung up, and promptly charged me for an extra night. That’s it. Judge, jury and executioner. The charge hit my credit card minutes later, which I have contested. I’m struggling to find an occasion where I have been treated that poorly in my life as a customer. I asked for a manager to call me back before she hung up, and 24 hours later, I’m still waiting for the call. I've rented houses from 360Blue once or twice a year for 5 years and have always had a great experience. But this is an inexcusable way to treat customers. When you book with 360Blue, you will be told that the customer is wrong, instantly, without any proof, and even in light of conflicting evidence. It's honestly silly that I would even have to produce receipts to show that I was out of the house. Never again.

    My family and I really enjoyed this house! Great layout, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit and had several intense chess matches at the chess table! Perfect location! Easy access to pool, beach, town square! Had everything we needed! There were 10 of us and it came with 5 bikes so we rented 5 more that were delivered and waiting for us when we arrived
