Stayed Feb 19, 2025The house is beautiful and big. Plenty of room in a great neighborhood. Our concerns: The listing says there is a hair dryer. There is not. So, we had to run to Target an buy our own after everyone showered. Also, while there is a garage, there is no garage door opener and they don't give you a code (even if you ask) so it not super practical to use. Lastly, while the Vacasa management team is very responsive very quickly when you reach out, they do not have any answers. It isn't that helpful to get someone to respond when they don't KNOW if there is a hair dryer or a garage code. It would be better to actually communicate with the owner. Or at least for them to relate questions to the owner, but they constantly and very politely responded that they had no idea what the answers were to our questions.
