Elegant Home with Game Room, Gourmet Kitchen, & Deck with Ocean View

The house itself was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our group. Unfortunately, the property management experience through Vacasa was very poor and impacted our stay.We never received check-in instructions prior to arrival and had no door code. After messaging through the app with no response, I spent over 40 minutes on hold with customer service before finally receiving a partial code with no additional instructions.On the first night, we discovered water running across the living room floor and under the sofas. The cause was an overflowing bucket of DampRid placed in a corner. There were no cleaning supplies available. I contacted management immediately through the VRBO messaging system with a detailed explanation. Although I was eventually told someone would come to address it, no one ever did, and the issue remained at checkout.There were no check-in or check-out instructions in the house. Wi-Fi was listed as available with instructions to contact the host for the password; after another long wait with customer service, we were told there was no Wi-Fi. Messages through the app were slow, generic, and often unrelated, including a welcome message sent on the wrong date.We also encountered a clogged bathroom sink but did not report it, as prior issues had gone unresolved.I feel the owners may not be aware of how poorly the property is being managed. The home itself is wonderful; Vacasa’s lack of responsiveness and communication was disappointing.

Location is amazing, but the lack of wifi or internet options makes it irrelevant. All of the furniture is pretty worn - sheets and pillows are in dire need of replacement. Kitchen is a great space. But it a hodgepodge of cooking essentials and an unorganized chaos. Half the TVs don’t work - and of course with no internet there are zero streaming options.

We had an incredible stay at this quaint well furnished great located home. We loved this location, the communication, the availability of towels, chairs and kitchen items.

Great house! Very clean and spacious, has pretty much all the necessities in the kitchen which was helpful and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The only thing that was little bit of a concern was the house doesn’t have any curtains for the windows (especially living areas), except in the master bedroom. Which is great during the day, but at night it was little scary as it is completely dark and no lights. Other than that great home & location!

This home has three levels and is versatile in its offerings. Well-appointed kitchen and living space for the adults, and fun activities and play areas for the kids. There is no WiFi in the home, which we found surprising. Make sure to plan accordingly.

It’s really thoughtfully decorated and stocked. My littlest needs a milk frother her morning hot chock and I did not think to bring ours, we found one in the cupboard. The mattresses, outside of the master, could use an update. Overall it was close to the beach and market. The neighborhood was lovely and away from the constant noise in town.

Good place to stay near the town

The beach house was beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. I had not noticed that WiFi is not provided, so it was difficult for those that needed to work a little while enjoying this get away. Also, note that there is no Cable in the home. We were disappointed when we wanted to watch some football during a rainy afternoon….

Beautifully decorated.

This house is amazing. If you are a chef (amateur or professional), this is the place to be! Beautiful view of the ocean through the trees. Bedrooms are excellent, and spacious. Game room is great place to hangout with kids!

What a beautiful space and convenient location for a coastal get away with friends or family. Incredible kitchen, great bathroom spaces, great room off of kitchen so spacious and comfortable, and plenty of games, puzzles and reading material for fun or relaxation. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood and location.

House was great and the kitchen is wonderful. Plenty of room. There were a couple of exceptions. The bath/shower on the main floor isn’t very functional. It’s hard to keep water from splashing out. On our last day, the water from the main floor shower flowed to the downstairs, thru the vent. The A/C wasn’t working and we had a couple of very warm days.

Matched the description on the site perfectly. Lovely property.

Our family had an amazing time during our stay. The property is beautiful and more than accomadated our needs. We will definitely be back and staying here again. Thanks so much!
