Elegant Home w/ Pool Table: 3 Mi to Vegas Strip!

This property is in a great location with ready access to freeways, major thoroughfares, Fremont Street & The Strip. It was clean throughout. Bedrooms & living spaces were spacious & comfortable. There was ample parking. Each room had a fully functional television. The Wi-Fi service was excellent. All appliances were fully functional. The sofas were in need of repair. One had a broken arm that repeatedly fell off & the cushions on the other needed to be replaced or recovered. The property was described as having a BBQ grill available but it was not ready for use. There were several annoyances. After several days we learned that to engage the electronic door lock you had to press the door closed. There was a problem with one of the bedroom sink drains that prevented the basin from draining. It was immediately addressed by the owner, but shortly after the repair the problem recurred. We elected not to report it a second time. Light bulbs were out over the pool table, in the refrigerator and over the double sink vanity. Not all the jets in the hot tub were functional. There was consensus that the pool table should be repositioned to allow it to be fully utilized. More hand and face towels should be available. Me and my girlfriend each had one face towel and shared one hand towel for a week. There should’ve been two face towels, and two hand towels in each bathroom.

My friends and I came in from out of town for a music festival we attend annually and we absolutely loved staying here! The amenities were great, the location was good, the host was very communicative and kind. Would highly recommend this place!

Property in in need of many maintenance items. It is however very roomy and in a very convenient location.

We stayed here for part of our spring break! It was so fun! Pon was amazing. She was super quick to answer all our questions. Our power went out due to the wind and she was so nice to keep us updated as to when it would come back on! The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Super quick and easy check in and out process! We will be returning!

Me and my family loved this home. The property manager was so helpful and so sweet. She made our vacation amazing she has such a beautiful home perfect for children. When we come back to Las Vegas we will be renting this property again or one of her others. Check-in process was easy. Las Vegas Strip not far from the home grocery stores not far from the home. This vacation home is in a perfect area not around the busy strip but not far at all from the strip. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to stay in your beautiful home it was perfect

We stayed here for some of our spring break and it was so fun!! Just what our family needed! Pon is the sweetest person ever! She made sure we had everything we needed and kept me updated when the wind knocked the power out! She deserves a 10 star just for being an amazing person! ? Thank you! We will be back for sure!

Property manager and experience was great! Upon inspecting the house, I noticed quite a few fixtures ripped or hanging out of the wall. Flooring was was ripped up in the thresholds of some doorways as well. With some investment in fixing/maintenance, this good house could be great.

My husband had a guys trip with family. They enjoyed this property so much. The owner Pon was very responsive and kind. Part of the family loved this property so much they hung out there more than going on the strip!
