My adult children and I enjoyed the themed rooms and the view. We appreciate homes that are pet friendly.

Where do I start? The Mars Hill property is beautiful and well-maintained. The hostess's attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the black makeup washcloths to the cleanliness and amenities. The rooms are adorable, comfortable and clean. The outdoor amenities were no different - a nice clean grill, a firepit with stoking and dousing supplies, picnic tables. We had time one evening to play pool while a few others watched a scary movie in the theatre room. Could not have been a more perfect environment. THANK YOU

We had a great stay! The house was clean and smelled good when we arrived. The themed rooms were so cute/cool and well done to the smallest details. The theater was awesome! Honestly, the photos don’t do the house justice. They had some supplies for kids and pets but we didn’t require them. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware and the bedding/towels were good quality. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, I highly recommend!

This home had everything that we needed and more. The home was very welcoming, and the neighborhood was quaint. The check in process was smooth, the property owners checked in with us multiple times during our stay just to ensure everything was going well. We spent several late nights in the theater room watching movies and the Savannah Bananas with the kids. I cannot express how great this home was as a whole.

We went for a family reunion. We really enjoyed all aspects of the house. Perfect for our family. Located close to the reunion in Erwin.

This was by far one of the better places we have rented and we have stayed at many. It was bright and clean and had better quality beds and bedding. The kitchen had the necessary utensils and cookware for the meals we prepared and we appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with quality utensils,cookware, and pots and pans. We are a multigenerational family so we cook meals in-house several nights during a week’s stay. Thank you for making the home inviting and comfortable. Great movie theater room downstairs, good closet space, and spacious bathrooms.

My biggest complaint is that this beautiful property has officially ruined all other rental property we will ever visit because none will compare to this one. The house not only was so well kept, open and inviting but it had the most unique amazing features including the movie theater, game room, and themed rooms which included themed welcome gifts. I've never stayed at a house that was so kid friendly, which made traveling with three littles so much to easier. We never want to stay at any other rental, so I hope word doesn't get out or we will never be able to find open dates to visit again :) thank you for sharing your lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay for our son’s wedding in the area! Our group loved the themed rooms and the home was comfortable and set up with VRBO visitors needs in mind. The theater room is amazing and the little touches the owners left for our stay were very thoughtful. The owners communication was prompt and helpful! Loved our stay! Thank you!

We had the best time. Everything was extraordinarily clean and well stocked. Our family had the best time watching movies and playing pool. My grandgirls adored the kids room and everyone loved their stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

friendly neighbors, not far from Mars Hill. You feel like you are out in the country even though the grocery store is 6 minutes away.

Grandma her 3 kids n 2 granddaughters. We went to zip n slip and had a great time. House was perfect! Very kid friendly. And pet friendly.

What a beautiful property with plenty of space and enough fun for all company! The only downside for us (and may be a positive for others) was that it was a bit far from downtown. Also the amenities (like kitchen supplies) were not well stocked for a place that accommodates this group size so shop accordingly prior to arrival. Other than that, the place was perfect.

The house was exactly as described! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group had their own space, and we all had a great time. We will definitely book this home again when visiting the Asheville area!

Great place for family fun, quiet rural neighborhood but close enough to Asheville and Biltmore! If you like to cook family meals, it’s not well appointed for that. Loved the themed rooms & theatre!

Enjoyed the house, able to cook and hangout- took advantage of the pool table, playing ping pong, and theatre.

Beautiful place! Large space for family. Well stocked and very clean. With 8 of us staying there -ranging from teen to adult- we especially enjoyed the theater area and pool table downstairs! Would highly recommend!
