People come to Asheville year-round to enjoy our weather. It's all four seasons, but gently. That's why we just completed adding 1200 sq ft of outdoor living space. After a day hiking the nearby trails or exploring downtown, enjoy the evening by the fire pit.
Grove Park is hands-down the nicest neighborhood in Asheville, with treelined sidewalks, stacked stone walls, and manicured gardens framing its varied architectural styles. Edgemont Rd lies in the heart of this historic district. Within walking distance to Omni Grove Park Resort, City Bakery, Luella's BBQ, Taco Temple, and three city parks

We loved our time at this home. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Close to everything Asheville has to offer and walking distance to parks and restaurants. We did not want to leave when our time was up and will be returning again. Enrique was a fabulous host and takes excellent care of the home and property.
We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this home. We stayed a full month in this beautiful, spacious and well appointed house located in a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Asheville, Grove Park Inn, and nearby restaurants. The host, Enrique , is gracious and extremely accommodating and dedicated to meeting all needs and requests. Would definitely come back.
Our stay was great. We loved Ashville. Enrique is a wonderful host. He accomodated several special requests we had (an additional dog, kids under 13, and additional people) so we were able to have all our family together for the first time since COVID. We appreciate his flexibilty. The house is beautiful and very clean. The kids loved having their own TV room upstairs. The one challenge we had was our misunderstanding of the host being on the property (description states no shared walls). The description also asked for noise to be kept down after 9pm in living room. Enrique was living in the downstairs space on the premises that is below the living room (shared floor/ceiling). Most night folks were in bed by 10 but New Year's Eve folks were up to midnight. Between conversation and the TV, I think it was too much noise for Enrique. It was a little uncomfortable for us to use the living room, although it was the only room in the house that allowed our group to sit together comfortably and talk and watch TV together. The only other challenge was the lower level bedroom. There was no lock on the guest side of the door between his space and the house. We only used that room for the 2 nights while our older grandkids were there. We talked to Enrique about it and he explained that he usually does not include that space in the house rental. Enrique checked to see if we were running low on supplies and helped gather/cut wood for the fire pit. You could tell he wants his guests to be comfortable. We appreciate his willingness to accomodate our large group.
Our family stayed at this property for over 10 days and we did not want to leave. The house is in fantastic condition plenty of room for everyone and beautiful views throughout. We very much enjoyed the location, scenic walks around the neighborhood and close to everything. Enrique was a wonderful host and made our trip even better we consider him a friend.
This was one of the most personable, and welcoming stays that I've ever had in a short-term rental, and I've had a bunch. Enrique, the owner, made us feel like family, and exhausted every effort possible to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay in Asheville. We enjoyed our time there so much in fact, that we've decided to go and spend another month there in February. I can't give enough praise to the house, the neighborhood, the hospitality, etc.. All were top notch! We look forward to seeing you again soon, Enrique. You are a Super-Host indeed, Brother.
We are long time vacation rental guest and have stayed in some great places. We would put Enrique's home in Asheville at the top of our list. This furniture and bedding is comfortable, relaxed but very stylish. We spent a lot of time enjoying the brand new kitchen with so much space and room to have friends for dinner inside or out on the back deck. This house has lots of room and a sun-filled room to do our morning yoga was heaven! Even the laundry room is way above par. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of opportunity for casual and interesting walks or challenging yourself to reach the top of Town Mountain. Don't miss the Grove Park Inn within walking distance or any of the fun and delicious restaurants. Grocery shopping is a quick three minute drive and there is a lot to chose from. Our host, Enrigue was always available and very helpful. High recommend.
Our family stayed here for a month on vacation. The service was impeccable. The host is kind and gracious. This would be a great house for the family or for a group of friends. The house is large and spacious and has been completely updated. It sits in a great neighborhood and is very close to everything you would need in Ashville. Highly recommend it.
