Stayed Nov 6, 2025We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated cozy vacation home. All of the beds were comfortable, the layout of the house is perfect, and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking! It was also nice to have the extra warmth of the fireplace in the mornings and evenings. We've traveled to Lexington, KY many times to visit our son at UK and this is the best vacation home we've stayed in by far! Jeannette is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this wonderful vacation home!

Plenty of space for our girls weekend surprise party for my sister‘s 70th birthday. Everyone loved the home. Location was ideal for the friends flying in for the weekend. Absolutely recommend this gorgeous townhome .

Jeanette was attentive to our stay and left us fresh cookies and a few breakfast items to get our trip started. Thank you! We will definitely look to rent again. Stayed Nov 9, 2023We had the best time at this property. It is very well set-up for a group of adult friends and would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities provided were great. Location was great too! Centered between all the fun things, close to downtown, easy drive to the trail and convenient to UK.
