Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

All amenities as advertised. Condo is an easy walk to everything we wanted to see.
Place was good very clean and organized also easy to get to bourbon street and French quarter from the place we had a blast
Only problem was not with the condo itself but our truck was stolen in parking lot across the street. ?
The apartment was conveniently located just a short walk away from Bourbon street and the French Quarter and a quick trolley ride away from the Garden District. Checking in was easy as we were able to use a code to get in and out of the building and room - no keys needed to exchanged. This was also convenient for a group of 5 who wanted to come and go at different times. The apartment was clean and modern and the beds were comfortable although the pull-out couch was a bit short for my tall (5'10) friend who slept there. I would definitely recommend earplugs. Between the street noise and the strong A/C fan, the noise level was quite high. I would also recommend a sleep mask since the shades do not block out any of the strong sunlight. This was my first time using VRBO and I found it a bit more rigid than Air BNB. First, there was nowhere to leave bags before check-in and after check-out. Our flight arrived before check-in time at 4pm and left in the evening much later than check-out at 10am. When inquiring with the VRBO customer service, they recommended BagBNB. This service worked out well, but came with an additional cost. Second, we were required to clean all dishes and take out the trash before leaving. This is usually covered in the cleaning costs that I am charged when booking with AirBNB. While the apartment was nice, the lack of these amenities was disappointing.
The management was very accomadating in letting us drop off our bags a little early. We liked the location. Easy walk anywhere. One complaint, there is a lot of street noise. I'm not sure if they should have used a better window, with themalpane glass.
Parking was terrible and expensive, constant sirens and honking all night. Louder than bourban street bc drunks can't wail like an ambulance. Beautiful condo, great furniture. Decorated very well. Very luxurious.
Great place. One downside is the noisy street below. Bring a noisemaker if you’re not a heavy sleeper.

The location of this property was great! Only two blocks from Bourbon Street and my group and I managed to easily walk all over town. Definitely, reccomnd this place.
