    Our family enjoyed the property. Only negative is parking. The two spots in front of house were occupied almost entire time we were there.

    It is a very nice house. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized but a few items were lacking- oven mitts and dish towels. It was very nice to have the golf cart and bikes. Sadly, the house was very dirty. Kitchen barstools were too low for the counter and kids could not sit there to eat and it was uncomfortable for adults as well, and the seats were nasty. The slipcovers in the living room were dirty and tired. Need replacing. We enjoyed the screened in porch off the living room but again the cushions need replacing. Very worn!! Dust covered the lovely night stands in the master bedroom. I have asthma and had a flair up due to it. The vacuum cleaner is inoperable and had never been cleaned so it would not pick up anything. We were constantly sweeping and cleaning up with paper towels. We really think it would feel cleaner if we could mop the kitchen. A wet swifter would be very helpful. The laundry room is very nice and we had a great supply of towels. The shower floor in master bedroom upstairs needs regrouting around the edges. I think it would help if the owners stayed a few days periodically to check all this out. A new cleaning service is greatly needed.

    The house was amazing! Location to Camp Watercolor, Seaside and Beach club were perfect. Never even had to use strollers. Beautiful well-maintained house. We ended up cooking at home for several meals and would have benefited from some basic condiments but otherwise, well-stocked utensil and cooking dishware.

    This property was perfect for our trip. It was clean and spacious. The bikes were great. The golf cart was awesome to have, but it did make some funny noises.

    Overall good stay despite tropical storm Fred. House was generally very nice but does need some cosmetic maintenance. Watercolor HOA issues a citation for a golf cart not completely between the white lines in a totally empty parking garage. Highway robbery at $100....It would have been nice to get a heads up from rental agent.

    We've been staying at this property for four consecutive years. We had 10 teenagers with us and not once did the property feel small or overcrowded. The outside porches (with TVs), the upstairs family room, and the carriage house means that no one is underfoot. The house is well located close to the beach, Watercolor Beach Club, the community pool, and Publix. The 6-seater golf cart and bicycles also make the stay fun for teenagers who get to enjoy their 'freedom'. A wonderful property, great support from Sanders Beach Rentals and we'll be back for year 5!

    This house provided an excellent stay for myself and some friends. The amenities were abundant and the cleanliness and convenience were unrivaled. I would 10/10 stay here again. Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip!
