Elegant beachfront home w private plunge pool - steps from the sand

This place was amazing. The views every and the sunset were worth staying. The house was huge and very nice. There is plenty of parking under house and in drive way. It was cold while we were there but the house was warm and with all the windows you could just sit and look at the ocean and the sand. Will stay here anytime our entire family comes.

Location and the home itself is beautiful! We stayed with a group of 14: 5 kids 9 and under 9 adults. Staying somewhere for 5 days with 14 people and you'll quickly learn that this home was not equipped to accommodate that many people, despite the listing saying so...1) There was no welcome kit with the essential items stated (dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, bathroom hand soap).We purchased these items and a day after we purchased, the property manager shows up unannounced and drops off a welcome kit a few more towels and some extra toilet paper. While we are very grateful for him for dropping these off, he should have 1) let us know he was coming and 2) they should have already been there prior to our arrival so we didn't have to buy any. At least the next person will have a welcome kit...2) Overall the kitchen was very nice and had lots of plates and silverware. But, try cooking and you'll soon realize breakfast will take you hours. The pots and pans are completely destroyed; it is not an understatement to say we were eating Teflon with our eggs and pancakes (and we cooked on the least destroyed pans we could find).The oven stopped working half way through cooking (it threw out some errors) and we had to scramble to find alternate ways to cook what was in the oven. There were a couple other things but these were the biggest. For as much as we paid, I'd expect it to accommodate our group better, have what we needed up front and better cookware.

The house was clean good access to the beach. We had a great family time. Plenty of bedrooms bathrooms. The only thing that was wrong was the remotes for the tv did not work.

Pros: location, beach view, ample space.Cons: every cushion has stains, walls are scuffed in many areas, and early check in and late check outs are not permitted. Last note, may be a big deal to some and not others, but i rented this home off Vrbo only to deal with Vacasa ultimately...not a fan of vacasa.

We loved the location and space this spot gave us. Having the beach right there was great for the kids and we were loving all the space within the house.

This clean, lovely home housed our group of 10 adult guests between ages 47 and 75. There was plenty of space to move around freely and the location was perfect. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The view of the beach and Gulf was AMAZING!!! We were steps from the beach, just how we like it. The appliances were user friendly. On the downside, we noticed there were no chairs in the bedrooms which would have been helpful, especially for older guests, and there were no extra blankets so we recommend bringing your own blankets if you are prone to get chilly. The shower pressure in two of the upstairs rooms was low but doable. We also found a few dead bugs but at least that indicated the pest control works. The TV in the living room gave us a little trouble but we were able to overcome it so we could watch football. Overall our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back (with extra blankets lol). Thanks!

Overall, it is a nice house in a great location. Lots of rooms which was perfect for our large extended family. We did find a few roaches, the house is not very well stocked with kitchen item so you need to bring your own for everything. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off. the ceilings are 12+ feet so we couldn't change out the batteries ourselves. Staff did come out and they were very nice but didn't have a ladder tall enough to fix. We continued to have the beeping each night. I wish that could have been resolved. Wish we would have had a few more blankets and walls were not so thin.

It was a great house! Very spacious with great location. Loved how big the bedrooms were & that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also loved the big open kitchen/living room. House was big enough for extended family to stay together for a family wedding & never felt crowded. Also loved being able to just walk outside & be on beach. Would highly recommend this house!

This property is amazing! Location is central to food and entertainment! We had multiple families with 3 small children and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations! Don't hesitate to stay here!

The house and location were spectacular. We had a mixture of adults, teenagers, and two toddlers… a party of 17 in total. Plenty space in this greatly laid out beach house and everyone had their “space”. The kitchen and family room are spacious and nice for entertaining and enjoying family time. As stated in previous posts, the kitchen lacks a few things such as silverware, cooking utensils, and refrigerator space for an 8 bedroom house. Overall, a great house and wouldn’t hesitate renting again.
