Stayed Sep 21, 2023Salty Sister's was perfect for our group of 15 (with room to spare) PROS: - ideal back yard set up - plenty seating in living/kitchen - 3 separate ice makers - large golf cart - extra beach chairs - CLEAN - Maintenance responded quickly to calls CONS: - water pressure on 3rd floor was terrible - listing is deceiving as the house is located in the very back of the neighborhood (shown located closer to beach) - there is no where to park the golf cart at the beach access so someone has to drop off, drive the cart back to the house and then walk back to the beach - the walk was not bad but it is a bummer and I can see this being more difficult with kids involved

Stayed Jul 22, 2023I LOVED the place. It was beautiful. Kids had a blast. I did not feel the walk was far at all. The only draw back for us was the shade did not block out the sun so sleeping in was difficult. There is plenty of room and the backyard/ porch is awesome. I would stay at this house again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023This house was beautiful. The pictures capture the feel of the home and it was also pretty cleanly. The living space and patio area are great to enjoy time as a group. There is no first floor bedroom, which is okay if your group doesn't have someone that may have trouble with stairs. The pool was perfect for smaller groups, and especially with little ones to wade in the smaller shallow section of the pool. The location is very deceiving on the proximity to the beach. The location pin shows the entrance of the gated community which looks like a 5 minute-ish walk, when the home itself is actually a full street down which makes it more like a 10-12 minute walk to the beach access. There is a private beach access for the community, but you cannot bring canopies or tents to that beach. Our family chose to utilize the golf cart and public parking near Pompano Joe's. A phone number was obtained for the property manager to text if anything needed addressed and the responses were lackluster as I texted them twice and got no response. Overall, it was a very beautiful comfortable stay, just a bit of a hike to the beach.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed at in Destin/Miramar area. Overall, we were very impressed with the home, the outside space, and the communication from the property managers. The home comfortably fit our group of 8 adults & 8 kids, with more than enough space. There were a couple things that could be slightly improved, but since this is a brand new home, so we understand they may just need feedback. Pros: - awesome pool, covered porch, & backyard. pool great for small kiddos with shallow wading area. - outdoor kitchen, lots of pool toys, & cornhole - icemaker and lots of drink fridges - layout of main floor is spacious, more than enough seating (living & dining) - golf cart is brand new - great location & proximity to beach - kitchen stocked well with cookware & spacious Cons: - the bedrooms are very small, no dressers - doesn't provide non perishable essentials (laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper) - no beach towels - no fans or extra blankets/pillows provided in closets - trash is picked up on Sunday & Thursdays so upon arrival the previous tenants trash was over flowing with bags everywhere outside of the trash cans (the prop mgr did come & clean it up for us, which was helpful) My only complaint is that I was told there was a pack and play at the property and there wasn't. I had to go buy one and wasn't reimbursed until I continued to follow up 2 weeks after our trip ended. Otherwise, great home! Would recommend.
