This unit is welcoming, up to date and decorated beautifully. It is in close proximity to Baytown and all the festivities that were going on. We enjoyed our stay. We ran into a little problem with the freezer leaking water but they came immediately to try to fix and then brought us ice. They were very accommodating for a problem and would highly recommend them. Thanks for a great stay.

This rental did not provide a golf cart or gas grill which is usually enjoyed at our stay. The home was satisfactory other than the downstairs bedroom’s mattress is in need of replacing. We enjoyed having 2 dens and kitchen was aptly equipped. If a better bed, preferably a queen not full, is updated then we would definitely stay here again.

Sandestin is a beautiful property with a lot of amenities for families. The villa was a nice but dated from the photos posted. Our only REAL complaint was the cleanliness of the rental. While we unpacked, our kids played in the living room/family room. Their feet were filthy from the floors. The bed linens were also dirty in the master. The comforter in between the sheets was gross. It had stains on it and yet someone thought that it was a good idea to make the bed anyway. It’s kind of upsetting when you pay a cleaning fee for properties and they aren’t clean for your stay. Overall our stay was nice, but housekeeping needs to step up their game.

The house was beautiful and perfect for the two couples and five children. When we arrived, the cable and internet were not working, but that was resolved the following morning. We did purchase some additional silverware since there were only 4 small spoons and about 8 forks. The beds were very comfortable .

This property is beautiful that as well maintained. I will definitely stay at this property again.

We were disappointed to find no golf carts are or could be provided with this rental despite other reviews stating so. A golf cart is really needed to get around the large resort in the hot summer months. Secondly we were bothered to find that there were more than just a few cockroaches that had moved into the property. I notified the manager but it seemed to be not a big concern…”thanks for letting us know.” Otherwise the unit is lovely , perfect size for a large family nicely decorated and centrally located within the resort. Assuming those 2 issues are addressed I would recommend the property.

We had a blast in Florida and this house was beautiful. My friends and I go somewhere each year and this place has been the best so far. It truly was a great week.

We enjoyed the house and the property as a whole. House was nice, rooms were good size, and there was enough space for us all. The only critique would be that the king bed in the second bedroom upstairs was creaky. Even just moving from side to side it would make a decent amount of noise. It would be also nice if the property had simple things like seasonings and oils.

The villa was very nice. Only issues we had was that the villa was not very clean when we arrived (sand everywhere on the floors) and the 2nd golf cart had a hole in the tire and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. The main reason I chose this particular property over the other villas in the same neighborhood was because of the access to a 2nd cart to accommodate our group.
