By using the exercise equipment provided, the guest voluntarily assumes all risks of injury or physical harm. The guest agrees to hold the Host and Management harmless from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of the equipment. Keep children and pets away from moving parts. NOTE: The main level of the property will be vacant so you’re never going to share this property with anyone else, however access to the main level will be restricted and secured by an internal locked door.

Guest will be able to self-check-in using the smart lock at main entrance of the terrace level. You'll have full and private access to the entire terrace level of the home, including the living area, bedroom, bathroom, workout area, laundry facilities and outdoor areas. The main level of the property will be vacant so you’re never going to share this property with anyone else, however access to the main level will be restricted and secured by an internal locked door.

Additional Key Information:
- Electric Vehicle Charging: We have a Tesla Charger and plug which is available for you to use. If you have a different type of vehicle, please bring an adapter. You will need to use the side driveway to be able to charge your vehicle. Additional details are provided in the house manual.

- Pest Control: We provide regular, professional preventative treatments to keep the home pristine. As we are in a leafy area, you may occasionally see a stray local critter, but our service ensures the interior remains a clean, comfortable retreat.

- A Note on the City Vibe: Being perfectly positioned Inside the Perimeter means you are close to the action! Please note that our home is located near train tracks and the vibrant Pace Walsh Field. While the home is well-insulated, you may occasionally hear the distant sound of a passing train or the cheers from a weekend ballgame. Most guests find this adds to the authentic Atlanta charm, but we want to ensure our guests are aware before booking.
