- Sunroom (Main Level): Two twin beds with views of the surrounding landscape.
- Second Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed with shared bath.
- Third Bedroom (Upper Level): Two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
- Fourth Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed and private ensuite bathroom.

A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms help keep summer nights cool and comfortable.
