The house is spread over two levels and is completely independent, accessed via a private staircase. It features:
A balcony overlooking the street with a sea view.
A stunning private sun terrace, perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast outdoors, watching the sunrise over the Adriatic, or soaking up the cool summer evening breeze and romantic sunsets.
The interior is fully air-conditioned and includes:
A living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kitchenware, coffee machine, moka pot, and French press).
A family bedroom with two sleeping areas (one double bed plus either two singles or a French double).
Two functional bathrooms with showers, bidets, and hairdryers. One bathroom is located outside on the terrace—ideal for a refreshing shower after sunbathing or a day at the beach.

As travel and food enthusiasts, we are happy to suggest the best places to enjoy fresh seafood and traditional Apulian specialties.
Parking & House Rules
Parking: Street parking is generally free. In summer, some areas are reserved for residents; we recommend a brief stop to unload luggage before parking in nearby white-striped zones or public lots a few hundred meters away. Information on paid private garages can be provided upon request.
No Pets: Animals are not allowed.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house.
Events: Parties or group events are not permitted.
Occupancy: Subletting is forbidden. Only guests included in the original booking (whose details are provided at check-in) are allowed on the premises.
