This was a perfect place to stay for a few people. The house was comfortable, convenient, and ready for us from the moment we got there. The host communicated with us well, and was available for anything that we needed. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms had everything that a person would need for a comfortable stay. The living area was great, and the back porch was great for sitting and relaxing outside. It was calm around the neighborhood, and was a perfect place to have some peace and quiet.

We loved our stay! The place was so cute and had everything we needed. It was clean, open, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and cozy couches that made it easy to relax. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the square. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Perfect size for the 2 of us. Loved the setup & feel of El Gato! Pictures pretty much show the place as it really is. Everything was clean, tidy & cozy. There were even a few snacks for us on the coffee table and cold bottled water in the 'fridge. Great location to use as a jump-off point for getting around Denton.

What a great property! We were in town to visit our son who is a student nearby and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations! Clean property and the hosts have thought of everything! So charming! We will definitely be back the next time we are in town to visit!

This house was so cute and absolutely perfect for us! We had a 2 night girls weekend in Denton and this was the perfect house! It is in a quiet neighborhood very close to everything in town. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

The location to the University of North Texas was ideal, the house was clean and well appointed… lovely design and very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property.

This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental was perfect!! The decor is beautiful, fresh and very clean. Layout is well thought out and the place is so welcoming. It was fully equipped. It was easy access in and out and even being behind a home it was very private. I would stay here again for sure! Communication with the manager was awesome.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay with 5 adults. The casita is beautiful and comfortable. Cool a/c, quiet ceiling fans, great water pressure, comfy beds, and everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were in town for UNTs graduation. This place sad close and a prefect casita.

My co-workers and I absolutely adored this casita for our home away from home. It was the perfect size for the three of us, had everything we needed (and more!), and gave us the coziest space to relax after our long work days. We most certainly enjoyed looking over all the Denton and El Gato decor as we sipped our morning coffee and tea. We also loved standing on the back patio watching and listening to the rain fall through the surrounding trees. The hosts were incredibly kind and had wonderful communication. Please stay here! You will be missing it when you leave! We sure do.

We stayed here because my daughter is a UNT student and it is close to campus. The house was quiet, peaceful, clean, and extremely comfortable. Property manager was great with communication and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. I HIGHLY recommend, and will choose again when I’m in Denton.

This is the CUTEST place! Very comfortable, CLEAN, and very equipped with everything you need. 5 adults stayed here comfortably for 3 nights and location was perfect!! Communication with host was great. HIGHLY recommend staying here-10/10!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The place was really nice, clean , and had everything we needed!! Hosts were wonderful, and the location was good! It was perfect, and definitely better for our sweet little one who loves to explore . She absolutely loved watching the birds in the backyard and checking out the gnomes by the tree! We will stay there again if we ever are back in the area. Highly recommend!!
