    Furniture could be upgraded; beds were okay-couches uncomfortable. Stayed 4 months and there was little ground maintenance, having weeds distracted from beautiful backyard view. No instructions for TV; that would help. A great location, beautiful views. Good for a quick in/out—long term is tougher with limited storage and lower quality furniture.

    This house seems very recently renovated with high quality kitchen appliances, nice electric living room fireplace, outdoor fire pit and good quality gas grill. From the bright dining area there is a view of the 5th hole of the Pusch Ridge golf course, the pond surrounding its green and the Catalina mountain range. The actual view is better than the photos.
