Gate Passes – 1 complimentary Sea Pines gate pass included; additional passes available at $20 per vehicle per week
Parking – Maximum of 4 cars allowed at the home
Pool Heat – Propane pool heater available for an additional fee. Pool is heated to 86°F prior to arrival. Weekly rates range from $550 in late spring / early fall to $1,100 in the winter, prorated for shorter or longer stays. Pool heat generally is not needed June - August as the pool will naturally be in the mid 80s to low 90s.
Non-Smoking – All Beachside HHI properties are strictly non-smoking
Renter Age – Primary guest must be 25+ to book
Grill – Propane grill provided, propane included, and grill cleaned before every check-in

Pet Policy
