Important Information

Self Check-In

You will receive a personalized door code and resort gate access information 72 hours prior to arrival for a seamless self check-in experience.

Resort Access Fee

Emerald Island Resort charges a $20 resort access fee per vehicle, per stay (maximum 6 vehicles per reservation).

You will receive an email directly from the resort to complete payment prior to arrival.

Please present the payment confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID at the gate upon arrival. Completing payment before arrival is strongly recommended to avoid delays during check-in.

Day visitors are permitted but may not stay overnight and are not subject to the resort access fee.

As this is a self-catering vacation rental, a starter supply kit is provided and not replenished:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
