Stayed Oct 24, 2025We rented two side by side condos for a retreat with 7 ladies. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The rooftop hot tub was a fun perk. Units were clean and the only issue we had was that one of them had a very weird smell in the entryway area that was unappealing. We couldn’t have someone sleep in that bedroom because of the smell- almost like bug spray or a chemical? Management company was responsive but didn’t really offer any remedy to help. We opened doors and windows to let it air out for a while. Location was great- walkable to the Gulch and other great breakfast spots. An easy ride to Broadway and dining. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would recommend

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Everything was clean. Had great communication with host . The kitchen was stocked . My only suggestion is to have a large frying pan. Hard to make breakfast for a large group , but that was a small thing . Great location !

Stayed May 29, 2025Nice property generally and a really good location. A lot of small issues (like interior doorknob falling off) and the issue of last minute requirements of picture id and all guest names and emails. But the house itself is very nice.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023Overall the houses worked out well, and the location was good...ten minute walk to most places, or a 5 minute uber. They were clean, however they were not fully inspected before our visit. Issues such as lack of silverware in one house, elevator door stuck and not operable, and a broken lower dishwasher rack which prohibited its use were examples, which were all addressed by the host during the stay. The bottom line is that all house issues should have been found and rectified before our visit. The beds and bedrooms were excellent, and both houses easily fit our group of 9, both for dining and hanging out. The rooftops are also a great plus.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023Awesome 60th birthday celebration with 8 couples at this beautiful property that was not far from all the action. The beds, sheets and pillows were top notch. Rooftop set up great and we enjoyed the hot tubs at both units. Property manager was available when we couldn’t find the passcode to get into the house and on how to fix the elevator that was stuck on 3rd floor. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Place was easy to find, secured, and clean. Property manager immediately available when we couldn’t figure out how to use passcode for security gates or keypads on door. Very helpful. Could have used more linens, have stronger Wi-Fi and cleaning products. Overall, top notch stay.

Stayed Nov 1, 2022Beautiful property! Very well appointed! We loved the rooftop hot tub. We needed instructions for the fire pit-could not get it to work. Would have been helpful to have instructions for TV and elevator. Towel bar in 1st floor bathroom of 1010 is loose from the wall.
