Stayed Oct 17, 2024Property was apparently very new and was amazing! Basic necessities were provided also. Located just outside of Fredericksburg, so very convenient for lots of things. We did Pedernales Falls State Park and Enchanted Rock State Park. Requires climbing stairs to get to the bedrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us at all, but thought I should mention it. Steve was great with answering any questions we had and also giving great recommendations. Will definitely make this a favorite any time we’re in the area.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024House was clean and modern. Patio area was incredible for morning coffee. Great area to stay if you want a bit of quiet outside of downtown area, but only a few minutes drive in. Would absolutely stay here again!!
