This place met our needs very well. We absolutely loved it. A close beach access was also appreciated.

Great location and amazong view. Garage was big enough to park our vehicle inside so it didnt have to be parked down below or on the steep driveway. Only issue is how steep the driveway is and photos not really showing that, otherwise would absolutely stay again.

Perfect location, beautiful views and house. The hot tub was in perfect condition and everything was clean. We had a great time here.

Excellent views of the surf, rock formations, and the ocean out to the horizon in a wide angle view. Sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves was a highlight of the stay. Also walking to the beach access point and stopping for a coffee was delightful. Lots of stairs to get up to the house but the views are worth it.

Stormy weekend. Unfortunately didnt get to use all the deck space outside.......But thank goodness for the fire place inside and the cozy atmosphere. It was very clean with one exception. Some dust underneathe the upstairs bed. Very minor but my daughter is sensitive allergenically. Probably would not have been as bad if the storm (which we loved) didnt keep us inside. At any rate, wonderful view, great kitchen amenities, cozy couch,and fireplace worked well. Only negatives were not being able to park in garage (couldnt open door with code--maybe a battery problem). Unloading in the stormy weather was not fun. And couldnt figure out how to use the TV in upstairs bedroom for my daughter. (Maybe this was a good thing....ha ha) other than that we had a pleasant visit

Amazing property, we didn't want to leave

This home is unique as it is beautiful. The views are wonderful and sitting on the patio was breathtaking! Hot tub was very hot as they are supposed to be and loved it, it was a nice added bonus to the property. Oceanside is a sleepy town but plenty to do once you venture out a bit. So many points of beauty everywhere including just hanging out at Edelweiss. We also had great weather in which was another added bonus-

Well maintained property. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck overlooking the ocean. The hot tub and fire pit was a bonus. The house was equipped with everything you might need. The only downside were the stairs, if you have mobility issues or small children this might not work for you. It was not an issue for us, but you should be aware. I would definitely stay here again

Such a comfortable, clean home with incredible views of the ocean and majestic rocks. Fire pit was such a relaxing way to end the day.

This is a beautiful home! Very clean and well kept. It is well stocked with everything you might need. The hot tub was a huge hit with the family and the view is amazing. The host was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place, great views, great host!

Great place. It felt like we were staying at a family cabin. The shower was surprisingly fantastic. What a view. The pictures just don't capture it. We went up and down the coast and we all agree this is the best location. It's far enough away from the 101 that it feels secluded. Easily walk to the beach and cafes. We had coffee and breakfast each morning at Current Cafe and it was fantastic. Close enought to Tillamook to have a lot of dinner choices. We can't wait to return.

Overnight getaway was perfect

Perfect location in a smaller, quieter town. House was well equipped with everything we needed and the robes were very cozy! We tried out 2 of the restaurants in Oceanside and loved them! Can’t wait to go back to this great spot!

Our family enjoyed the stay at Edelweiss. The view is fabulous. The house was clean and well maintained. It's not extravagant but nice and practical. The communication from our host was excellent. If we visit the area again, we would definitely consider booking Edelweiss.

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and could not have been happier, it was such a lovely little place and perfect location. Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves and listening to the ocean. Beautiful view of the sunset. Would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I had forgotten to bring games and was delighted to find plenty to choose from. The view was spectacular and it was easy access to the beach.

Our time here was so relaxing and memorable. We had everything we needed to stay cozy, use the hot tub, and make delicious meals. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the entire property was clean and the instructions that were left were clear. We had a great time!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Edelweiss Beach Chalet in Oceanside. It's a wonderful house. Had everything we wanted for the weekend...ocean view, hot tub, easy beach access, clean and comfortable.One thing to note, if you have trouble navigating stairs, this house is not for you. LOTS of stairs to get up to the house, and to and from the hot tub.

Well maintained property with many amenities. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We arrived in time for King Tides and night crabbing, which was made even better with the stunning views from the living room and deck. The house is well appointed and we love the extras: cooking spices, fresh coffee beans, fun plates and glasses, and cozy pillows and blankets. The stairs are a little intimidating but well worth the climb. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are top notch. It was the perfect way to celebrate the new year.

Property is close to beach and close to all the activities in Oceanside. The house itself is well arranged for indoor activities as well. We enjoyed a family holiday here without a hitch.

The view was amazing. Absolutely amazing. 2 things you may want to advertise- 1, Cricket phone customers have no service at your property, no fault or issue, but may be worth noting. 2, the checkout instructions with regards to the laundry arent overly clear. We did what we could, but questioned if we werr doing what you wantedwe could

Very comfy home and well stocked kitchen.

The house is so cozy and had everything you could think of and everything you might forget. Even better than described! It instantly felt like vacation from the wood burning stove and comfy furniture to the amazing beach views from almost every room and the best location close beach access and the village cafes. It was easily one of the best coast stays we’ve had in a long time.

A gem in Oceanside. The house is awesome and so charming, well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay and very comfortable and clean. The deck is amazing and the views are stunning, we really enjoyed hanging out there. As expected there are lots of steps, and the stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but manageable. The house is a short walk to town and the beach and we spent hours searching for agates and exploring. There's a steep path to the beach to the left of the house up the street a bit, but most ideal is walking through town to the main beach access. Great location overall. We would come back here for sure! And did I mention the view? it's awesome!

This was the third time our family has stayed at Edelweiss, and like the previous two stays it exceeded expectations. The accomodations are better than advertised, and the pictures from the deck don't do justice to the real thing. And the beach is simply spectacular. We look forward to the next time....

The property was great. As many people have said, there are a lot exterior stairs, and the driveway is almost too steep to drive up, but that all contributes to the great ocean views once you finally reach the house. The steep stairs (inside the house) to the 2nd bedroom were challenging for our grandkids (2 & 4), and the Jack & Jill bathroom situation (with a shared shower) wasn't exactly ideal, but overall we loved the property.

Small community with no through traffic and great views.

Our family escaped the smoke and fires from the Spokane area and had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location is fantastic… The kids had such a great time at the beach. There are so many amenities… We hardly needed to bring anything except for our food.

Our first time vacationing in the area was made even better by this awesome house! Our kids enjoyed being upstairs with their own TV while my wife and I enjoyed the quiet downstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub was hot and the beds were very comfortable. Shellie was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, the house had everything we needsd and more to allow us to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. Thank you!
