Stayed Apr 11, 2025Pros: The house is relatively new, nicely furnished, has fast internet, and is immaculately clean. The appliances are brand new as are the linens, towels and mattresses. Everything is fresh and spotless. The pool is a perfect size to cool off and relax. The property is very close to Cortez Beach, Bradenton and Manatee Public Beach. The access to the main road is excellent. You are within miles to a Starbucks, Bonefish Grill, Publics, Winn DIxie, Sushi, Mexican, fast food, etc. Cons: The development is still under construction so there will be noise from backhoes, scissor lifts and dump trucks. The back-up beep can't be drowned out by music. The houses are tight. Luckily we had considerate neighbors who were relatively quiet. The lagoon is nice and gives you a good view with manatees everywhere. But - behind the mangroves is a RV Park. Ok....what's wrong with that? Every morning, the maintenance man uses a gas blower for hours! There is a noise ordinance but it ends after 7 am, and it's free game. We could not figure out what exactly he was blowing. Leaves, trash, sand, large rocks? For hours.....So - no luck sleeping in peacefully. Would we stay there again? Possibly. But I would ensure the neighborhood was completely constructed, all lots were finished, and the maintenance man at the RV Park was on vacation.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025The property was great for our family. Our kids loved the pool in the morning when the sun was shining on it. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be within driving distance of all the Anna Marie restaurants and beaches but in a quieter area.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Great place and would definitely go back. Besides island traffic, the location is perfect. Did have some issues with the management company. First of all, they did not send the entry code until an hour after the check in time. The Tesla charger was not functioning and never got anyone to come look at it, even after being told someone would be out at least five times.

Stayed Nov 6, 2024Loved everything about this place. It is immaculately clean, the decor is lovely, and the appliances are high-end. The pool area and wildlife in the canal it backs to were just great!
