EBUT11 - Cozy Cabin w/Wood Fireplace, Hot Tub, Gas BBQ, Bikes

It was a cute cabin, perfect for our family. Had so many other opportunities for guests to sleep. The private hot tub was great. Ping Pong was great. This house had all we needed. Location was not too far from village. Absolutely loved how the Bennington Properties, let you upload activity receipts to get 50% reimbursements. The only con was that we were informed that 4 bikes were there to use, plus kid ones. However, it was just 3 and one was only for owner. Therefore, one of our sons had to ride a tiny kid bike, he is 5'7. Overall great home!

This was our second time staying on the property. The house was impeccable, the hot tub was amazing, the communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. I can’t recommend this property enough! I hope to come back again!

Everything was great except for the fireplace

The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, even included an Instant Pot. Could do with more mugs for tea & coffee. There are NO supplies in the kitchen not even salt, pepper or oil. So you need to plan to bring everything with you. There are 3 adult bikes with the home which you can use. Bring a helmet & locks with you. There was also some small kids bikes (we didn't use them our kids are teenagers) but you might want to check with owners if you can. The ping pong in the detached garage was fun. The main door of the garage does not open, so you need to take the bikes out a side door. The hot tub was clean & nice after a long hike. The table outside does not have an umbrella so there is no shade. There are basic plastic chairs to sit on outside, so not v comfortable which is a shame as we wanted to be outside. There are also two plastic chairs on the front porch - would be lovely to have a more comfortable chairs to relax & enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine outside. There are TVs in all the bedrooms & main living area. But they are old - so no access to Netflix etc so you can't sit & watch a family movie in the evening. They have basic cable only. There are no SHARC passes but the property management told me they would reimburse a % of the cost for entry. ($30/person). Overall the house was spacious & clean. Location was good, no train noise. Just wish the outdoor space was more comfortable.

Family friendly. Close to the town, no round a bouts to mess with.

The check in time is 5 PM and the check out time 10 AM. It makes a pretty short stay and a pretty expensive stay by the time the taxes and fees are added on. The hot tub was not in a state that we felt comfortable getting in. We ran it through a clean cycle but still cloudy very cloudy. Over all we really like the place but we were surely hurried to check in and out both and wouldn't chance the hot tub. It is soo close to being a great place but for 400 dollars a night I thought it could have been a little better. An hour each way on check in and a clean hot tub would make it great.

Relaxing, beautiful time. Loved the hot tub, loved the bikes, the kitchen was stocked beautifully. Would stay again!

We had a great time staying at 11 East Butte! Property was clean, tidy, and cozy! Perfect for a weekend trip with friends and family.

Unit was incredibly clean. Kitchen was well organized and clutter free. Not a lot of extra supplies so be sure to bring your own - including coffee filters. Didn't have a chance to use the fireplace, but looked inviting. Property could use some updating, but it was perfectly fine for what we needed, a place to sleep and cook some simple meals.

The pictures don’t do this cozy home justice. It was just perfect for my family of 8. We never felt crowded, but it wasn’t so spacious that we felt too separated. The kitchen opens up into the living room so I never felt removed from anything while I was meal prepping. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!
