This home is Minutes away from Sunset Park , amazing restaurants. This house is wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower in the master bedroom, wide doors, ramp that leads you to the beautiful pool with a ramp to get in. No Alcohol/Smoking/pets.
The space
This beautiful house has 3 bedrooms, with its's fully furnished kitchen. The pool and the lawn is shared with other guest. The house as a beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean view.
Guest access
Guest are allowed to come during the day no more than 5 guest apart from the 10 that are staying in the house , past 8 o'clock all guest must leave no more than 10 can sleep on the property. A $10.00 fee will be charged per night per each additional person.
