Ebenezer House 3-bedroom in awesome Palm Bay with AC, treadmill room

The house was nice and the host was welcoming! We stayed in the home for 2 weeks and although it served its purpose, there are a few items that I would like to point out. I am not listing out these items as a way persuade someone else's decision to rent this home as these are strictly my own personal experiences (your experience may be different). Also your needs maybe different based on why you are visiting the area. If your stay is shorter then none of these items may matter.1). There was no heat, so on the colder days/ nights ( yes it got cold in FL) we had to layer up in clothing even to sleep. I reported it to the owner, we tried some adjustments to the thermostat as recommended by the host but nothing worked and no further action or communication by the host was taken(so 2 weeks no heat).2). While the house has cookware, it consisted of 5 frying pans and a very small pot, so if you are staying for an extended period of time and you don't want to eat out every night, consider bring a few cooking items. 3). No toaster4) The home comes with a clothes steamer (no iron or ironing board). We purchased one at Walmart4). The home comes with 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for each bathroom (no extras). If you are staying for an extended time be prepared to wash the towels and wash clothes for continued use or by more. 5). The sinks in both bathrooms spray water when turned on. 6) There appeared to be no cable, streaming only 7) Rooster 2 house down(wake up call).LOL

Loved the home felt like home

I did not meet the host. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay and the host was very accommodating! My only complaint (and its a small one) was that the water dispenser from the fridge was a trickle and the ice was backed up and unusable. Everything else besides that was fantastic!
