Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in the popular Dunes Area of Hatteras, NC 27943, on the ocean side of scenic Highway 12 across from Teach's Lair Marina/Restaurant.
The cottage is located on a very quiet street with just a short walk to private beach access to one of America's most beautiful beaches and a 1 minute car ride or 5 minute walk to Teach's Lair Marina.
Please note due to recent erosion events our beach access is now a boardwalk to a gentle pat

Stayed Jul 29, 2023This was our first visit to OBX! We loved everything about this home. It was a perfect location for our family. Short walks to the beach, charter fishing out of the marina, and quick access to the car ferry made this house fit all of our requirements. The layout worked well for four teenagers and four adults. Andrew was very thorough with information and very responsive to any questions we had. We will rent again!
