Easy Access to Snowbird & Alta | Amazing Views I Private Hot Tub

Home was very comfortable. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question or requests.

The home met all of our needs during a family get together to celebrate my sons college graduation. The space throughout the house offered many places for people to gather and relax. We had a great time playing darts and enjoying the decks and surrounding views. Kitchen and living room was perfect for the eight of us to cook, eat and play games. The property manager and staff were very accommodating with some issues we ran into. They were wonderful in their response time. We would definitely come back and stay.

Good location. Space good for our family of 8 Loved the hit tub, golf putting area and the darts. The entertainment room was perfect fir family movies. Management was great with communication and answering questions

This property had everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Very clean, all necessities provided, and the view is AMAZING! Great communication with property owner was a plus! *25 minute drive to SLC

This is the perfect place to stay when skiing at Brighton, Solitude, or Park City. The house is incredible and incredibly accommodating. Plus, Jeff from Utah Escapes provided outstanding service and communication throughout our stay.

Spectacular views from this lovely home just minutes from the base of the canyons! Full amenities and lovely feeling to this incredible home. The home is so cozy you will never want to leave.

We has 2 families (4 adults/4 teens) at the property from Christmas through early January, and we were very happy with the Cottonwood Delight. The house is as shown in the pictures and is well appointed with supplies for cooking, cleaning, paper products, soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of space in the driveway and garage for 3 large cars, plus room for skis, boots, etc. The hot tub is big enough for 6 adults and the views are amazing. The beds are comfortable as well. The location is good - about 20 minutes to Alta/Snowbird and a bit longer to Brighton/Solitude if you can plan around traffic. Deer Valley/Park City is 45 minutes and Snowbasin is about an hour. If you don't mind driving a bit to ski, this is a great house and a good value.

Great views

We absolutely loved this home! The views are absolutely incredible and there are so many spots in the house to just sit and enjoy the scenery. The beds were all extremely comfortable as well, which is a big deal to us while we’re traveling. The location was ideal and easy driving distance to all of the places that we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Salt Lake City and the surrounding area.

Amazing view, comfortable beds, 10 person hot tub, and centrally located in one of the nicesest areas of town.

The house was a delight and perfect for our family as home base for a wedding at Louland Falls. Comfortable, spacious, Beautiful views to sit on the decks and relax between events. Thanks!

One thing to be concerned with the stairs to the basement are very steep! Also having hardwood floors on stairs is a hazard, big liability in my book. If i were owner I would put skid tape or carpet down to protect liability of property. Still we enjoyed our time there,

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The house itself is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space upstairs and down. Was slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. There was trash in the cans inside the house and the sinks were dirty. Also, the grill was dirty, so we opted not to use. We also had a landscaping company ring the doorbell offering their services, as the yard/trees were in need of upkeep. Would still recommend to friends/family.

This was an amazing place for my family to stay while visiting. Such a cozy well appointed home! The host is so lovely and accommodating. I would definitely rent this home again when we return❤️

Perfect large home for family, frieds or a couple. We rented home for our daughter's wedding. My husband and I stayed a few night just the 2 of us, then we had our daughtes, son in law and granddaughter join us. Also on weddings day 9 bridesmaids, a make-up artist and hairstylist were there getting ready for the event. This house was perfect for all! Master bedroom is amazingly, kids room was a hit with our granddaughter! Downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area gave the other adults privacy. Outdoors decks, fire pit, huge hot tub and putting green wowed us all! We spent as much time outside as inside. The veiws , both day and night were fantastic!

Out of all the vacation homes we've ever stayed in, this by far was our favorite. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how clean it was. It was spotless! The many different living areas were great and everyone had their privacy. The huge hot tub was definitely a plus and the views were spectacular. We sat by the fire pit each night enjoying the beautiful mountains and the city lights below. We can't say enough good things about our stay!
