Beautiful home and close to everything we needed. The host is wonderful to work with.

Clean! Nice bathrooms. comfortable beds and nice new towels. Easy Checkin. Friendly Owner. Can walk to the chapel and grocery store via the community path over the dam.

We liked this condo very much—it was perfect for our two couples to share. Very well-appointed and comfortable.

Probably a favorite of all our stays. Everything was clean and comfortable. Best part it was able to keep the temp down the way that we prefer. The host was also quick to get back to us during our one complication getting inside on arrival.

We had a great little weekend getaway. We just wanted something quiet and this was it. Very nice quaint neighborhood.

Had everything we needed and was well run. Appreciate all the extra little things usually missed by other stays. Enjoyed walking the trails around Bella Vista and the attractions in Rogers/Bentonville. Nice area, very easy to get in/out and wherever you want very quickly.

It was close to everything, but yet away from everything. Quite, and enjoyed the view from the back deck and the walking trail. Walked to the glass church and by the lake , was pleasant. Loved the shower in the master bedroom.

We loved our stay here. It would have been easier to stay in Bentonville but we chose in the cozy little treehouse by Lake Norwood instead. It was close to various trails we got to enjoy but it was also easy to get into town. We especially enjoyed the short walk by the lake to nearby Mildred B Cooper Chapel. As for the house itself, it was cozy with comfortable furniture/beds and modern finishes. The rental came with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of fresh, fluffy towels and ample toiletries. The rainfall shower heads were a treat! Check in was very easy, the house rules were clearly posted, wifi was easy to access and checkout instructions made very clear. This has been our most favorite vacation rental so far. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was exactly as listed. It was so nice, clean, and easy to access. There was no dealing with keys or a long check in process. Tory was a lovely host. She was quick to respond when I needed her. 10/10 would stay again.
