The host WAS available for questions and responded promptly. This house was just as pictured. We come to CO to visit family and had 4 grands sleeping here. There were a lot of little extras like games and little kids' books. One was an unusual choice, a book about sign language. It was perfect for us because our youngest grand is hearing impaired and is starting to learn sign. There were weird bowls with straws that my granddaughters used daily. My 1-year-old grandson slept in the pack and play that looked brand new.We were basically there for breakfast and to sleep but used the hot tub every day we were there. We plan to stay here again when we go out next. For what we paid, this was a great place. The neighbors were quiet. Cleanliness met our standards. Great hot water too.

Very cozy, very clean, has everything you need and the hot tub is amazing. Love the ranch atyle so no stairs! Very communicative property managers. Helped me out a ton in bridging a gap in closing dates between CO and AZ. Highly recommend

We visited Ft Collins, golfed at both Loveland courses, traveled to Estes Park, great spot to get to all those locations. The house was good for our size group, kitchen got a bit tight - too many cooks !

Check in was no problem. We were all tired and ready to relax. The house was tight for all 7 of us, but it worked. The bathroom surprised us and actually worked for us to stagger our showers. The hide-a-bed was more comfortable than expected and our son said he slept well there. The kitchen is a tight galley kitchen, but worked for us. We did make and eat most of our meals there. We enjoyed the backyard to grill and perfect for our dog. The hot tub was not very clean and that is exactly where we wanted to be our first night. After letting Brad know, it was drained and cleaned and then was ready for us, but our schedules didn't allow us to all be able to spend time in it then. Thanks for a nice place to land as our family spent a few days together.

This is a great little place in Loveland! Very comfy, quiet neighborhood, fenced backyard, and easy access to get around town. Owners have equipped this very nicely and thought of everything you’d need! Only drawback is no Mountain View’s, but just a short drive to a beautiful lake and gorgeous views. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading this way!

It was most of my family’s first time in Colorado. Came to visit other family who live in Loveland. The house was perfect for us. They allowed us to bring our dog which was a must! We had a short drive up to Rocky Mountain national park which was great. We’d definitely stay again if we ever go back.
