Stayed Jun 21, 2025Great property on the inside. Nice layout. Was perfect for our family of 12. The master on the second floor was great with the extra beds. Overall, very nice property for the value paid. Great location to everything in and around Nashville.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025We had our family of 9 in town for a week. This house was perfect for us! It had plenty of space, it was very clean and updated with all the conveniences! It is very convenient to Downtown and the Broadway district. It made our visit to Nashville very enjoyable!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Beautiful property that fit the needs of our family perfectly. So close to everything we wanted to do and see. Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and well appointed. The only minor issue was the coffee maker not working, but there was a lovely little coffee shop down the street where we could walk for our morning brew. The host was extremely accommodating and accessible. Thank you for allowing us the honor of spending time in your beautiful home so we could all be together for Christmas!

Stayed Oct 13, 2024This is a great space for a large group. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only suggestion would be to add more seating in the main floor. For a property that accommodates so many, the seating was lacking. There is plenty of room to add a second sofa (or really any additional comfy seating) - that would have been helpful so we didn’t have to move all the dining room chairs into the main “social” space when the group wanted to relax and talk about the adventure of a long day of walking about downtown.

Stayed Jan 19, 2024Enjoyed our stay here. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after a busy day downtown. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Uber and deliveries were easily available. We would stay here again for sure!
