Three bedrooms sleep up to eight comfortably. The primary suite features a queen bed and ensuite bath for a private retreat, a second bedroom offers two full beds for friends or family sharing, and a third room with a queen-over-queen bunk adds a playful, space-saving setup that kids and adults both love. A second full bath and in-unit washer and dryer keep group stays seamless.

One on-site parking spot is available behind the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking nearby. Parking Details:
- Parking is available in an open, unassigned lot on a first-come, first-served basis. 1 car per unit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Everything was great, the only suggestion would be that the room with the 2 beds need a different type of mattress they were not comfortable and you could feel the springs, other then that we loved the place

    This condo was great for our group! It is listed as walkable however there is not much around to walk to but you can get a uber and get downtown within 10 minutes! Quiet neighborhood and rooftop was a nice touch! The kitchen had everything we needed however a lot of the dishes were dirty so we had to clean everything again before we used anything. The host was GREAT at communicating and check in to make sure we got in okay and if we needed anything. Overall would stay again!

    This was a great stay in Nashville. Property was as described. Upon entering the condo everything was crisp and clean. Spacious enough for the 7 of us. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were great. We had plenty of plates and glassware. It was great to cook a few meals in to save some money. The rooftop was special. Great views of the city. Plenty of furniture. Such a great vibe.Location was great. There is a coffee shop downstairs but unfortunately it was closed while we were here, but that will be awesome in the future. We were an eight minute drive to downtown which was so convenient.This seems to be an up-and-coming neighborhood as there are so many new renovations happening around this condo. Everything is super cute and modern looking.The grocery store was a five minute drive you had access to many different types of shopping.We would most definitely recommend and stay here again. My only suggestion would be to get luggage holders in the large walk-in closet since there are no drawers.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental! The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to downtown. Our only small note is about the top bunk bed: it's a bit challenging for adults to get into, but it would be absolutely ideal for children.

    The condo was beautifully decorated and just as described. Plenty of room for our family and friends. It was very clean and the owner/ management company was very responsive to a couple questions I asked. ( I received answers within minutes). Would definitely stay there again.     We stayed in Nashville for a week in mid January. We enjoyed the accommodations as well as the proximity to Broadway. We were an 8 minute Uber ride from everything we wanted to see in Nashville. The unit was new and met all of our expectations. We will this our home when in Nashville.
