Stayed May 1, 2024The location was awesome. Having publix and Starbucks right next door was great. Plus there are restaurants, bars etc within walking distance or short uber ride. Downtown Nashville is only 10-15 minutes away as well. The house had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely rent these units again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2023Stayed for 10 days during CMA feast. Great location quick and easy to get to broadway and down town are. Loads of space for a large group. There were seven of us and didn’t feel cramped. Full kitchen and washer dryer were great to have. Publix and Starbucks easy to walk to.

Stayed May 4, 2023Great house and a wonderful location. It was really nice to have a grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. Home was pretty clean. Home needs some tlc, lots of marks on walls, cabinet in kitchen was held on with tape, kitchen sink leaking underneath. Loved the set up of bedrooms and having 4 bathrooms. We had a amazing time!

Stayed Oct 20, 2022Place wasn’t cleaned well. There was throw up on the deck from who ever stayed before us. Floors were dirty.. walls had stuff on them. The one door knob on the deck was broken, couldn’t get back in the place if you shut the door.

Stayed Nov 7, 2021I booked this property only to be canceled on the day before. Was huge inconvenience for all the refund process and had to stay with Co workers due to last minute changes. Was not happy at all
