Stayed Nov 7, 2025Nice quiet neighborhood. Large yard. Nice antique style atmosphere of the home. Hot tub was efficient. Jacuzzi tub in the main bath nice too. Covienently located close to nashville downtown.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025This was a such a great neighborhood and it was easy to get to downtown and the Opry The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Appliances are outdated but mostly worked. If you are planning on booking this home because of the hottub, you may find yourself disappointed. The amount of chemicals in the hottub made it unusable for more than a few minutes at a time. Overall, it's a lovely place.

Stayed May 15, 2025The property was clean and in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted to do. A short uber drive to downtown and grand old opry. We enjoyed setting by the river watching the eagles fly. Easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend this location.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The big draw for us was the hot tub and not staying in downtown Nashville. The hot tub was delightful and very clean! The house is small, but there was plenty of room for the four of us. The house isn't exactly on the river, it's at the top of a big bluff, with the river far below. The furniture is a bit dated, but we could see that in the listing, so it didn't come as a surprise. Mary was a wonderful host and communicated clearly and promptly. Thank you Mary, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023It was a great experience - our first Vrbo. House was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to Nashville that it was easy to get to. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and living area, nice bathrooms and overall a very lovely house. I would recommend a stay at this rental.
