East Nashville Ranch less than 10 minutes from downtown and the Grand Ole Opry

The house is in a quiet, working class neighborhood. It is a little musty but clean. There is a nice washer and dryer on the bottom floor and the kitchen is nice and has everything you need. There are two bathrooms with plenty of towels and wash cloths and two bedrooms. The beds are squeaky and one of them was a little on the hard side. The television had a new cable hookup which wasn't working but the owner was nice and helped us with that. The decor is nice and everything is clean. The front and back yards are sloped and there is ivy on the trees and around the yard. There are some tables outside but they weren't cleaned off but we didn't need them. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Grand Ol' Opry. It is close to a few fast food restaurants, a Walgreens, and a Piggly Wiggly.

This place was amazing. So close to all the Nashville tourist spots. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Updated home with lots of comfort and a friendly host. Will Defiently use this place again for our next trips to the area!

The house and property we cuter than we expected. We came to Nashville for a concert ans will definitely rent again if available.

We stayed at this property for a couple nights while my daughter competed in a dance competition. It was the perfect little home base. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to Opryland and downtown. The property was well stocked with coffee, TP, even shampoo and conditioner which I appreciated. No one wants to go to the grocery store their first morning of travel! We would stay again, thank you!

This is a lovely property close to downtown. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The hot tub was nice. There is definitely enough space so everyone didn't feel like they were on top of each other.

The house was a great place for us to explore Nashville. Convenient access to downtown & Opry areas. Hosts were great at communicating - including offering suggestions for restaurants and activities.

East Nashville Ranch provided an exceptional experience. Its prime location near downtown Nashville and its surrounding areas facilitated seamless access to various attractions. The house was ideally suited to accommodate my friends and me. Communication with the hosts was consistently smooth and responsive. Cannot recommend it enough as an option when visiting Nashville area!!

Perfect cozy ranch with plenty of space. Great backyard and close to downtown Nashville.

Wish we had more time for the hot tub. What little time we allowed for it, it was supremly relaxing. Rained all weekend, so did not get to enjoy the backyard much, but the firefly-watching was an unexpectedly special treat, and watching the river not-flood was reassuring. Not surprised, tried to book another weekend, next year, and it's already reserved, because it provides such a superb value.

It was the perfect sized house for me and my dad. We each had our own bathroom and there was a large couch for us both to sprawl out on while watching tv. My bed was comfortably firm. We enjoyed the view of the backyard and my dad liked that it didn’t feel like we were staying in the city. The hosts answered my questions quickly which was much appreciated.

We were in Nashville for a week for a softball tournament and this house was perfect. It was close enough to anywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything in the house worked as it should and made our stay worry free. We would stay here again if we travel back to Nashville
