The heart of the home is the massive open-concept kitchen and living area, featuring an oversized L-shaped island where your entire group of 9 can sit together for drinks, meals, and planning the day`s adventure.

The Yard: A spacious, private fenced backyard designed for zoomies and safe outdoor time.

One-Level Living: No steep stairs for older dogs or puppies to navigate.

Social Kitchen: Everything is brand new! The L-shaped island is the ultimate gathering spot. We’ve stocked the kitchen with a Duo Coffee Maker (drip + pods) and all the essentials for a group brunch.

Living Area: Features a massive sectional sofa designed for maximum lounging. It’s the perfect spot to stream movies or recap the night on Broadway.

The Layout: Two King bedrooms and a third room with two Queens provide high-end comfort for everyone. No `bad` rooms here!

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors : To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care : Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

Starter Amenities
We provide a small starter set of essentials to get y’all going:

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

2 rolls of paper towels

1 cleaning sponge

1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo

A handful of K-cups or a small bag of coffee grounds ☕

Heads-up: Being in the city means you might hear some fun city sounds like trains, buses, cars, and general street vibes—it’s all part of the Nashville experience!
