- In addition to Broadway, we are also short Uber/Lyft ride to 12 South, the Gulch, Music Row, and all the hot spots in Music City.
- You'll find a diverse array of restaurants and coffee shops- Pharmacy Burger is a neighborhood fav and don't sleep on Five Daughter's bakery. Best tacos in Nashville is less than 10 min walk away!

- Easy entertaining. We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, soap, + body wash.
- We're pet friendly and have a fenced in yard. Ask us about your pup staying with us!
- Private parking. Driveway can fit 2-3 vehicles, ample street parking as well.

To Note:
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 3 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi.
