The house was very clean and had everything you can imagine! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with many items, we were able to make all of our food without worrying about a certain type of pan. We very much enjoyed our stay. We said if we go back to Mesa, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Rachel!

We had a wonderful stay! Rachel was quick to respond to all messages. During our stay, the heater did not work. Once I notified her, she had someone there within a few hours and showed up herself to make sure the issue was fixed. The use of the garage remote was very helpful with the rain and being able to keep wet things out of the house. I appreciated all of the kid amenities provided. I asked my 3 year old what her favorite part of our vacation was and she said staying in a new house. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful host! Great communication. The house is amazingly clean and in a great location. We came for a tournament at Arizona Athletic Grounds and this was a perfect place to stay. The home is very well stock and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s home. The kitchen was well stocked, house was very clean, and we felt right at home. Our kids enjoyed the board games.

5 STARS!! Extremely well kept and clean home. Owners are very responsive. Kitchen is well equipped for family dining, to include toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, all the baking equipment you need including kitchen aid mixer, plenty of pots and pans). Modern Washer dryer, interior is beautifully designed and decorated with a covered and private patio with fans which was perfect for small family gatherings in the evenings and mornings. Plenty of grocery store and restaurant options nearby.

Very good VRBO option in Phoenix area, easy check in and check out.Communication was simple and timely .Zero glitches or issues.Very clean home, up to date and met all our needs.I would get this property there again if it was / is avaliable. Rachel was ontop of it.

Close to alot of places to eat

We loved the size and location of this home for day trips around the Phoenix metro. Perfect for 2 couples, nice outside area for relaxing with a cocktail.

House was very clean with very nice linens in both bathrooms and all bedrooms. Also well stocked with all your basic needs. Rachel was very quick to respond to the few questions we had.

Nice place to call home for our trip down to Arizona. Close to the sports complex and close to pretty much amenities you need. My uncle enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood.

Exactly what my family needed for a nearby wedding. The house was clean and well equipped. Directions for checking in and out were clear. There was a small playground in the neighborhood within walking distance. As a note, the primary bedroom's mattress was very firm.

We enjoyed our stay. The home had everything to fit our needs. We were in Mesa for a soccer event so it was also convenient to Arizona Athletic Grounds.

We really enjoyed our stay. On top of being furnished well and nicely decorated, it was a treat to have some of the basic cooking supplies like olive oil and spices. This home is well taken care of and conveniently located to nice restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend this place to stay!

All the amenities you could hope for - very close to our family and the wedding venue. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rachel is a dream to work with. I had a minor issue and they came over right away to help me. It was user error but she still helped me right away!

This is our 2nd time staying and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.
