Stayed Jan 30, 2026They must’ve double booked and not made us aware. After driving through a snowstorm and arriving at 2:30 am, we were met with a locked door and eventually, people peeking out behind the blinds staring at us. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Host gave us code to home and then proceeded to ignore our messages when unable to enter property.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024An item was left at the property, but the host did not respond to our calls or texts. We had to contact VRBO to receive any kind of response. We reached out in time to retrieve the lost item; however, due to inconsistent communication, the item left at the property was missing. Now, the host is not taking any accountability for this issue.
