This tiny house is perfect for one or two couples. The kitchen set-up works for a nice breakfast or a simple supper. Kitchen has coffee maker with cone filter and a proper wine key among the amenities! The location is a short walk to the ATL Beltline.

Lovely night in ATL at this spot! Easy street parking on a quiet, beautiful street. This house is very well furnished and you can tell a lot of thought went into its design and functionality. Beds were comfy, albeit our only semi-complaint is how low they were to the ground. Lots of nice pillows and blankets though! The bathroom was 10/10 - this is by far the nicest, most luxurious rental place shower I’ve ever used!!! We also greatly appreciated the brita pitcher in the fridge. Great night, thank you Alyssa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. The property is very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is full of beauty and character, and we found the area to be quite walkable (we got lucky with temperatures!). The hosts were communicative and we got the sense they genuinely enjoyed making our stay a positive experience. Highly recommend.

I had a very peaceful stay at your residence. It’s amazing what you can turn into a living space when tastefully furnished. Thank you Alyssa and Rob for a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing stay.

Beautiful and such a cute guest house for my best friend and I to stay. The place looks very new, and everything was clean on the inside and outside. The only thing I would say is that the staircase is extremely steep so be super careful going up and down. The decorations were cute and subtle, making it comfortable to be in. I enjoyed having a local guide provided for coffee, brunch, etc. The only thing I would recommend is either adding cushions for the outside chairs, or maybe getting new ones since they were a bit uncomfortable. Also, it would be nice to have the back patio set up for the tenants to have a bit more privacy than sitting out at the end of the driveway. Overall though, 9/10 stay. If we’re ever back in the Atlanta area, we will look to book. Thank you!

This was the perfect place to stay for a short girls trip in Atlanta. The space was small but great! We had a bit of a miscommunication regarding checkout time but Alyssa was overall very quick to reply to messages any time we had any questions or concerns.
