Mountain Laurel Springs is a charming recently remodeled four bedroom, 3 baths home. The home is furnished in a contemporary yet very comfortable style. The great room is sunny and bright with a gas burning fireplace and a hidden flat screen TV behind the picture. The dining room seats 8 plus 4 at the kitchen counter. This is a great entertaining home. The master is on the same floor as the great room with a large walk in closet and private door to the outdoor hot tub and deck. There are three other guest rooms and the upper loft has a private bath and office area. The home has views from Aspen Mountain to Independence Pass and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded on two sides by national forest. The private deck with hot tub is surrounded by gardens and has a beautiful stream and waterfall descending along the hill side into a lower pond. There is outside dining table and gas BBQ grill.
This home has access to the private “Dial a Ride” service that picks you up at the house and delivers you into town and back home again. The garage is a one car garage with two additional outdoor parking spaces. This home is approximately 2,800 square feet.
