There were a couple of things not working correctly...the freezer, but my son in law wrote it up. The happiest thing of all is seeing how much joy it brings to my family. It is definitely our HAPPY PLACE!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Eagle's Nest for a week long vacation and destination wedding in Grayton during mid-September. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, private, and the location is perfect.Being able to view the beach from the kitchen/living area and the bay from the back patio really made the experience unique and complete. We will be returning.

You cannot beat the location and layout. For a big group, it's perfect, especially with so many bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms (and the downstairs for kids). The kitchen and living areas are ideal for gathering, and the pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon when you grow tired of the beach. Some areas of the house are well-loved but overall, it's a great setup. The ice maker was a bonus.
