The residence is exclusively yours to enjoy. Kindly ensure you park in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Should additional parking be required, you are welcome to align your vehicle parallel to the street within the front yard.

Close walking distance to the Amtrak station if you want to skip battling traffic on 94 all the way from the city. Once you have arrived you can walk almost anywhere. If not most things are a short drive. You can also rent bikes at the grand marina resort right around the corner.
