Welcome home for your next Durham getaway! This beautifully renovated 3BR/2BA home is the perfect spot to visit NCCU and downtown Durham. It’s conveniently located near I-40 and NC 147, giving easy access to the whole Triangle.
You’ll delight in the stylish decor, comfy resting spots and well-stocked kitchen. Plus - all the little extras that give you the Bull City experience! Just look for the Pink House.

As stated in the house rules, there is an automatic minimum $250 service fee for any violations of house rules that require additional cleaning and/or cause unreported damage. We have tried to make it comfortable for you and all future guests, and have been thoughtful in the amenities we provide. We appreciate you for exercising the same level of thought and care when staying here.
We are happy to host families, however the house is not child-proofed, nor do we provide child friendly amenities.
We do ask that guests are relatively quiet after 10 PM, as a courtesy to neighbors. Parties and loud groups are not permitted. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors.
Smoking or vaping of any substances is not permitted on the premises.
Well-behaved pets are welcome, and must be registered with the reservation. There is a pet fee, based on number & length of stay.
Reservations longer than 28 nights may incur additional fees.

Our friend Emily takes care of the place for us - your communication will be with her and she lives nearby if you need anything. But we hope we’ve thought of everything already!
The North Carolina Central community is home to the vibrant NCCU campus (you’re 2 blocks from the brand new Student Union!) just south of Downtown Durham. This historic community is bumpin’ on fall weekends, when you get serenaded by both the NCCU and Hillside HS marching bands. Outside these special occasions, it is a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to downtown, Hayti, and Southpoint.
Stretch your legs or walk your pups around the corner on the American Tobacco Trail - it goes for 26 miles! You can take the Trail or Fayetteville Road to Main Street for a day or night on the town!
You'll enjoy full access to the entire home & yard. The driveway has parking for 1 (2 if they’re small!), and there is unrestricted free street parking.
This beautiful home boasts relaxing gathering and resting spaces, including 2 workspaces, making it the perfect place for your next family or group retreat. The inclusive amenities will ensure you’re comfortable for a longer stay, as well.
The full kitchen (stocked with all the basics!) provides ample room to create a delicious meal to enjoy in the full dining room. Then pile on the couch for a movie or retreat to one of 3 comfortable bedrooms to relax or do a little work. Or - start your day with locally roasted coffee at the breakfast bar.
Upstairs, the King bedroom has a 60in TV, private workspace and generous closets. Down the hall is a serene Queen bedroom perfect for curling up with a good book. The first floor bedroom contains a single daybed and workspace - doing double duty as office and bedroom.
Smart HDTV’s let you log into your favorite streaming services via Roku (cable not provided).
New high efficiency washer & dryer are also available for your use in the laundry room downstairs.
Once here, there's a driveway for 1, and unrestricted free street parking.
