Stayed Oct 10, 2025Property was exactly what we needed it to be. The only issue we had with it were the outdoor lights on the house. While they made it easy to find the house in the dark, it was not helpful when trying to sleep. The blue blinking/flashing reflecting off the walls even with the blinds being down was reminiscent of police car lights. So bring a eye mask. Overall, very nice place.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025This place was awesome for my husband and I and our two adult sons who came to Bentonville to mountain bike. The home has easy access to the trails. It is very nice and comfortable. It is one of the best stocked VRBO's we've rented. It had everything we needed. The only thing we had wished for were bike racks in the garage. My husband noticed some in boxes so I'm guessing that is the plan. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The location of the property was convenient to getting to where we wanted to go. I probably wouldn't stay there again though due to several things that just weren't up to my expectations.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025It was clean and good location. It was missing some things and many little things that needed to be fixed. - the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and kept falling to the ground so didn't have any where to hang towels. - blinds in the kitchen window very loose, tried to open to get in light and they fell off the brackets. - we cooked yet limited on pans. Please add more good cooking quality pans. - No extra blankets just the ones on the beds, it would have been great for some of us run cold and wanted more blankets. -

Stayed May 16, 2025House was clean and inviting. Neighborhood was appropriate and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay in this house again.
