Duplex- What if I told you…You CAN afford Paradise! Make the Call today!

Perfect for our large family! Very clean inside and had everything we needed! We had an issue with the ac going out and they weren't able to come out for several hours to fix it but they did get it corrected. And the pool wasnt cleaned until the day before we left but it didn't seem to bother the children in the mean time. Besides that, it would have definitely been a 5 star rating and it was still a perfect fit for our family!

The property was very clean and well supplied. Communication with the host was easy and responded quickly to all questions. I really liked the fact that pets were welcome. We had overall a great time.

We stayed here months ago back in April and it was the best time. Our Six year old loved the bunk beds and the access to the beach was perfect. We only had to cross a street to get to the water. Everything looked exactly as it looked in the photos and it was simply a good time. We’d love to come back and stay again. We even had family visit for a few hours and the space accommodated everyone with no problem. We were able to cook and play games and see them off without a problem. I highly recommend this stay. It’s great for dogs too! The ONLY thing was the pool was so cold. The ocean was actually warmer, but that’s such a small thing. I’d pay extra though for a pool that was heated. We watched our neighbors enjoy their pool without issue while we struggled because it was so cold. Still it was a 5/5 stay. Thank you!

Stayed here with a group of friends during the Sand in my Boots festival. Walking distance to a store and restaurant, as well as short driving distance to other places. Beach access is directly across from property. Pool was perfect but didn't see a net for scooping debris. We were lucky to have great duplex mates in the unit next to us, walls seem to be decently sound proof from what we could tell. There was a bit of an ant issue but it did not damper our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! They have recently painted and everything was very clean. Views from the front porch were great and an easy walk across the street (even with a toddler and all of our stuff) with private beach access. Note the pool is not heated so it was a little chilly in October but it didn't slow the kids down. We will definitely book here again!!

Pictures are accurate! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative I have is that the property mgr text you the morning of saying they will let you know when your unit is ready. Check in is 3-5. We of course were eager to start our vacation so we arrived a little before 3. I was sent a link with the door code but again a separate text stating we will let you know when your unit is ready. About 3:29 I just went ahead and tried the code and the unit was in fact ready. I had four teenage boys who loved the easy access to the beach! Would definitely book again!

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. I’m not just talking a little dirty- it had not been cleaned at all. I walked in and thought I was in the wrong unit because it looked like someone was staying there. There was stuff everywhere. We called and were asked to wait 2 hours so they could get it clean. It still wasn’t ready after 2 hours and so we waited an additional 30 minutes. I was offered a refund on my cleaning fee and that’s it. When I expressed my frustration in an email and a follow up text I was never contacted back. I’m disappointed in the overall experience of check-in and the lack of customer service provided by Poole. I haven’t gotten that refund…and I would not rent from them again.

We had an excellent time here. Everything was so clean and the pool sure did come in handy with the ocean being double red flagged 95% of our trip. We still had a nice time on the beach. And our beach acess was right across the road. Which we loved so much. We will definitely book again in the future!

Easy access to the beach, pool was nice, kitchen was equipped with essentials, and clean. A great location. It was perfect for our HS seniors, and granddaughter (toddler). I would recommend it!

We stayed here for the Hangout Festival. It was close enough to get there within minutes and far enough away to also enjoy some quiet. The absolute prefect balance.
