Duplex in Quiet Family Neighborhood 1 Mi to Skiing

Overall it was great. Couple things that would improve the stay…there are blinds that cover all the entry points to the porches with no way of raising the blinds so we couldn’t even enjoy the porches. The other small detail that goes a long way would be stock the bathrooms with a higher quality toilet paper. I have had higher quality from porta potties. The kind in this house was awful. Besides those 2 things it was great!

The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with a park/trail within walking distance and close to everything. The beds were super comfortable. We loved having the garage parking and large kitchen for cooking together.

We loved the hot tub and the kitchen was well-equipped. The master bed was very comfortable.

The house has everything we needed and more. There was a little hiccup when we first checked in but after messaging the property manager, we were able to get it all sorted out. There was enough room for our family of 7 to spread out and still feel together. There was plenty of seating around the dinner table and enough plates, bowls, cups and utensils. The kids loved playing with the snow right outside the house. There is a bus stop right by the house, which was convenient for our group. The grocery stores and restaurants were pretty close by as well. The parking situation is a little tricky if you end up having two or more vehicles. It's a duplex with a shared driveway. There was snow on the driveway so it was only enough room for one vehicle to pass safely. We only had one vehicle so we were able to park it in the garage. Just something to keep in mind. All in all, we would definitely look to coming back if we have the chance.

We had a great stay in Steamboat. We come up to Steamboat often and the house was clean and perfect for us. The local contact was very responsive and there was a Welcome book that provided us with all of the information that we needed. We used the hot tub (and it was hot! which is not always the case). Access into the home was easy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

This townhouse is a great space - super convenient to town and the resort.

The location was great as the free shuttle stopped approximately 50-60 yards from the front door. You were at the base of the mountain in 15 mins. and easy access back when you were ready to return. The place was great with all amenities - good TV(s), excellent appliances, beds were great, everything you'd need furniture wise, kitchen wise, & sleeping wise...definite Steamboat (west) theme in the decor which was fun! It has a garage for vehicle storage if the snow should be deep...code to get in so you don't need to remember the keys... Nice place to say the least!

Great House, short ride to base. Internet didn’t work though, but other than that highly reccomend this property

We had a small family reunion of 4 adults and 2 children in Steamboat. The duplex was perfect for our family get together. It was conveniently located to many attractions and close to the bus line. The house was clean and well provisioned with basic essentials for a weeks stay. It was obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into making it both comfortable and attractive. There were a few items that needed some maintenance (e.g. leaky toilet, a window that wouldn’t close) but nothing that detracted from our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
