Dunsborough Cottage in Peron Ave

Perfect for our family. Wonderful big yard and patio area. Our teens loved the granny flat. Super comfy beds which were very appreciated! Short walk to the beach via a lane way. Pam is a lovely host! Highly recommend Peron Ave. Thanks for having us.

House was perfect, very clean and all the amenities that you need

We had the best stay at Pam's property. My kids said they had the best sleep and was so sad to go home - They wanted to come back again next year! We love how well equip the house was for proper dinners - All the pots and utensils were fantastic. The set up with the granny flat at the back means the grandparents gets a proper break from the family whenever they want. Thank you Pam, we will be back again!

Very impressed with this accommodation. Loved the location on a beautiful street only a short stroll from town. The enclosed, secure garden was perfect for our small dogs. The cottage was very clean and looked newly renovated. We loved the self contained granny flat as well. We will definitely book this accommodation again.

This property was extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable and cosy in the cold weather. The location was an easy stroll into town. We had two pet dogs with us and the back area was all enclosed so we didn’t need to worry about them escaping. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay there again

Great place to stay, close to the centre of town and walking distance to the beach. We loved the big backyard and the granny flat was fantastic for our teenagers to have their own space. Always good to find a dog friendly place in Dunsborough. We'll be back!

Had a great stay. This house was ideal for our long weekend in Dunsborough with a few friends. Smaller place and great great value.

The house was very comfortable with beautiful decor and a natural garden with lots of bird life. It has the best outdoor entertaining area with bbq, and a lawn for the dog to enjoy.

It has been our 3rd time staying and we still love it. It's dog friendly with a great garden for zoomies and securely fenced. Everything is in walking distance (cafe, shopping, dog beach, walks) Super easy communication with owner. Very quiet neighborhood. Us and the fur babies loved it. We'll be back.... Thanks Pam

45 Peron so suited our needs Firstly dog friendly to the max, great grassed area which was very welcomed The property so close to beaches and ideal walking distance The house was warm and obv well insulated so kept warm without aircon. Clean cosy and welcoming. What more could you want. The studio out the back was an added bonus. Lovely home to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Close to beach, town and cafe. Great place when you travel with your dogs, secure backyard. Everything in walking distance. We've been staying there for the 3rd time and still enjoy it.
