Dunns' Retreat: Relaxing Family Home with Pond & Mountain Views + Outdoor Shower

Great place to stay with plenty of room. Very well equip kitchen for cooking. Perfect location between Conway and Crawford Cotch hiking areas. Would stay there again.

This is a beautiful, cozy condo with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The AC was a blessing to have on those humid summer days and having a washer/dryer was greatly appreciated. It is centrally located to stores/restaurants in Bartlett and North Conway but far enough off the beaten path to ensure peace and quiet. We had a great stay and plan to return.

We had a great time visiting. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. Our older kids loved the loft and had a great time playing with the toys that were there! My only real complaint was the ants. The owners seemed to be aware as there were ant traps around. The first day we noticed larger black ants at random spots in the house (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). Every morning when I woke up there were little black ants all over the counter by the sink. We didn't have many meals at the house so it didn't matter for us, but definitely something to be aware of. Otherwise it's a beautiful home and location!

We loved the view of the pond as we sat in the living room and enjoyed sitting by the pond for an hour or two just chatting with friends. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal preps. We loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood too!

We enjoyed our stay at the Dunns cabin! We loved the mix of modern and rustic. The children spent most of their time out by the pond catching frogs. We enjoyed a fire and playing cards at the kitchen table! We will stay again for sure! Thank you!! ❤️ The Parker and Davis Families!

This home was perfect for what we needed. Great location for storyland as well as many hikes and great restaurants nearby. Also the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! Would absolutely recommend.

This trip was so needed....I will say the house is cuter in person the photos don't do this place enough justice! Super cozy and homey feel inside. We had a much needed break from the busy lives we all lead. There is a great spot on the river just 6 minutes down the road to play in the water and climb on rocks! We had a blast staying here!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family, there was 6 of us between my wife and I and our kids; ages 3, 14, 15, and 17. Extremely convenient location as it’s just a short drive to Storyland, Diana’s Bath, and Conway. Highly recommend staying at this house.

We all enjoyed our stay at the house! The place had all the amenities that we needed and we were able to sleep comfortably in the beds. The scenery was beautiful, the fire pit was great for making smores, and we found a river bank just 6 minutes away that was breathtaking.

This house was perfect! It was in a great location close to everything! Melissa was super communicative before, during, and after our stay and so helpful! Since it was only me, my husband, and our son, we stayed on the first floor (and used the baby gate for the stairs which I’m SO THANKFUL was there!) the home was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip to Storyland! We would absolutely stay again!
